Sample collection
We take the sample here and handle everything else: labelling it, storing it correctly and sending it to the laboratory. We work with Synlab and Cerba, two well-established clinical diagnostics laboratories. Depending on the test, results come back within a few days.
We process tests requested by our own doctors and those you bring from any other professional. You need an appointment and the request form listing the tests. Synlab results can be viewed online through their portal; alternatively you can collect them at the centre or go through them with your doctor.

- Blood draw. Venous blood draw carried out by our nursing team, by appointment and in a few minutes.
- Urine, stool and other samples. Collection and dispatch of urine, stool, sputum and other samples. We give you the container and instructions for collecting it properly at home.
- Routine blood tests. Full blood count and basic profiles: kidney function, liver function, lipids, glucose and iron.
- Hormone tests and tumour markers. Thyroid studies, sex hormones and the markers used in cancer follow-up, always at a doctor's request.
- Food intolerances and allergies. Tests to identify the foods or substances causing your symptoms and to guide dietary changes.
- Women's, men's and children's health profiles. Test panels tailored to each age and situation, from paediatric check-ups to routine adult reviews.
- Partner laboratories. Samples are analysed by the Synlab and Cerba laboratories, which send the report to the centre for your doctor to review.
If your test requires fasting, eat nothing for the previous eight hours and drink only water; we will confirm this when you book.
